Just because you put on your blinker right before you cut me off in traffic does NOT make it okay. Harumph!

hahahaha Is it better than the folks who just sort of drift over to cut you off? Is there really any “better” involved in either case?
I noticed that in LA, drivers would NEVER use their signals to change lanes–they’d cut you off without warning. And if I tried to use my signal to change lanes, the car in the next lane behind me would speed up so I didn’t have room.
I guess it’s technically “better” to have a split second warning that I’m about to be cut off, for braking purposes at least. Doesn’t make me less annoyed, though.
